LR Hoox is born and raised in Miami Florida, USA.

He started his music career as one of the members in the group First Platoon. They dropped an album called Connected and a hit single and video called M.I.A.M.I

His music also played on several radiostations like 99jams, power96 and hot97. Six years ago he moved to Sweden where he have worked with some producers in Norrtälje and Stockholm. He have also been an opening act for Dead by april on the Crossover festival, performed during the hip hop hour at Norrtälje Blues & Rock festival and also been in music competition called Utmaningen where he won the jurys votes.
